Project Management Paper

Write a minimum 3000 word +/- 50-word research paper in APA publishable format.

In this paper, you must write a Project Plan using the ten Knowledge Areas as described in the PMBOK, pages 23-25.

Your project is a newly imagined Project - Opening a bakery shop 

This is a written paper and does not include calculated financials or a full resource-loaded schedule. A summary budget and schedule will be accepted and deemed adequate, with appropriate explanation.

You must comment on the relationship in the Project Plan to the philosophy of Peter Drucker.

• Papers need to be formatted in proper APA 7th Edition style.
• Each paper requires a minimum of at least three outside peer-reviewed sources for your references.
  • Acceptable/credible sources include: Academic journals and books, industry journals,  and the class textbook.   You could use credible business website sources in addition to the peer-reviewed required sources, but avoid Wikipedia and Google. These are academic papers that need to include scholarly research.
