Part 1 is about your knowledge of Agile. For this part of the assignment, you will answer the following questions:

Why be Agile? In this question, you are exploring why a person or organization should actually be Agile.

To support your thoughts, please provide a personal example from your own life that shows you doing something that demonstrates an Agile concept.

Include a source with an in-text citation that shows support for why a person or organization should be Agile.

Based on your understanding of the Agile Manifesto, is the manifesto the beginning of Enterprise Agility, or did it start somewhere else? (You are welcome to pursue any course of action you think is appropriate in answering this question, but the following points are ideas you might consider.)

To be successful in answering this question, look at project methodologies used before the Agile Manifesto.

You can also do research on when the term “Enterprise Agility” was first used.

There are 12 principles and four values in the Agile Manifesto. Please write about how they are connected.

You can approach this question from any angle, but try to be creative and think of different ways these things can be connected.

Include a Scripture that illustrates any of the values or principles.

This Scripture can highlight a person in the Bible with those attributes or a verse that reflects that attribute.

Make sure to talk about the verse and what impact it has on your life.

Make sure to paraphrase your thoughts when using support—rather than using direct quotes—which shows critical thinking.

Your paper should include a title page and references section. You must support your ideas with at least one (1) scriptural reference. Also, make sure your citations and references are in APA format.
