Last week, you delivered your presentation to the leadership team discussing both Hybrid and Waterfall.  They were impressed, and now we are down to 4 individuals. Yesterday, you received a call; the team was informed that Agile is an “Umbrella” term, which confused them.  They have asked you to come back and present the following:You have been assigned as a new consultant leading a project to build a project management process for an organization.  You are asked to prepare a presentation around the Umbrella term.(a)What does it mean?(b)What are the multiple types of methodology that exist in Agile?(c)Provide a detailed overview of two methodologies, including a pictorial review of the process and its benefits.(d)What tools are available in the industry to support each of these methods

6. Do not insert excess line spacing.
7. APA formatting and citation should be used.
