Description:

After the meeting with Mrs Gonzalez from Ayuntamiento of Montcada I Reixac (Barcelona), you as a PM, need to develop a scope of statement for the project opening a public clinic in the region of approximately 35000 populations including parking and green zone. Besides presenting the Scope

of the Project, you also advance with WBS and demonstrate the project priority (in matrix).

Budget: as economic as possible
Deadline: September 2022 (the clinic should not be equipped; you propose just the building with parking and green area around) Special technical requirements: 1) no elevators (must be 1-floored building)
