Project: Job Analysis & Job Description

select one job on which to conduct a job analysis. Each job is critical to the performance of the restaurant. The job options are the following: cook, hostess, food buyer, waiter/waitress, restaurant manager, and district manager. Submit a 2- to 3-page response to the following:

• What method or methods would you use to analyze the job you selected?
• Explain how your selected method(s) provide sufficient detail and makes sense for the job.
• Also, explain how you would use the information about the job requirements (i.e. knowledge, skills, and abilities) of the job you selected to develop a job description.
• Create a brief job description for your chosen job.
