Project scheduling is a critical task that will determine the success of a project. The process starts with establishing the objectives for the project. The scope must be considered, and a plan with milestones and the final goal should be set in place. One critical part of a schedule is resource allocation. Knowledge of resource planning and resource allocation in project management could help alleviate increasing costs.
