Prepare a training presentation for Project Managers that summarizes important ethical guidelines and legal requirements pertinent to their work. 

Prepare a 6-8 page composition in which you summarize each of the following and describe how it relates to Project Management: 

1. The Project Management Institute Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility (Project Management Institute)  

2. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)  

3. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)  

4. Contract Law 

Criteria 

 Include an introduction that states a thesis and explains how the paper is arranged to support the thesis.  
 Be sure your composition contains a titled section for each of the four areas listed above.  
 Include a conclusion in which the main points of the paper are summarized and synthesized.  
 Include at least five scholarly references. Acceptable references are course materials and scholarly sources only. Your sources should follow proper APA format. Review the APA formats.   
 Your paper must contain 6-8 pages of content, not including the cover page and list of references.
