1. What is the relationship between project management principles, performance, and value delivery? How can project managers ensure they employ practical project management principles to drive project performance and deliver maximum value to stakeholders?
2. What are the key differences between traditional project development approaches and Agile methodologies? How can project managers determine the most suitable approach for a given project? In what ways do different life cycle models, such as Waterfall or Scrum, impact project development and success?
