Summative Assessment: Program Evaluation Design fri

1. As a member of the program evaluation team, you have been chosen to present your proposed evaluation design to the organization’s leaders and stakeholders.
   
   Create a presentation in which you:
   
   • Describe the purpose of the evaluation.
   • Evaluate questions and their justifications.
   • Evaluate plan matrixes.
   • Data collection procedures
   • Data analysis procedures
   • Reporting procedures
   • Discuss the measures/instruments (include an example of at least one of these instruments).
   • Identify stakeholders and describe their responsibilities.
   • Record a 10- to 15-minute video in which you share the proposed evaluation design presentation in a professional and precise manner. 
     
     Upload your presentation to a web-based platform (e.g., YouTube™, Vimeo®, etc.) or cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive®, Google Drive™, DropBox®, etc.). Be sure to set the appropriate viewing/sharing permissions.
     
     Note: Do not attempt to submit your presentation as a video file (.mp4, .mov). You must provide a URL link to the material.
