Due Date: Points: 50 Overview: In this assignment, you will have the opportunity to explore and reflect on your current leadership skills. Instructions: After completing the “Unit 5 Assignment Activity”, write a 3–4-page paper addressing the following: Analyzing Your Leadership Skills:
1. After completing the assessments, summarize your results.
2. Identify any themes or patterns and make some connections between the assessments. For example, are your personality-type results clearly indicated in your emotional intelligence quiz results? Feel free to add your own observations or reactions related to the assessment results.
Leadership and Cultural Aspirations:
1. Discuss your leadership aspirations, visions, and goals. Refer to specific theories and models of leadership in discussing your aspirations.
2. Additionally, describe your ideal organizational culture that would help you to flourish. Focus on the organizational climate and consider policies and procedures, staff interactions with each other and with clients, and decision- making processes. You may also want to consider the physical environment and/or location.
