There are three short assignments over the course of this session.  You are expected to respond to the prompts in each assignment in narrative form, to include an introductory paragraph, a body and a conclusion. Each assignment should be 3-5 double-spaced pages with one-inch margins in any normal font. You are required to incorporate at least three SCHOLARLY secondary sources in your response.

Let's look at your state's revenue generation for this forum. As an example, see the Ohio Department of Taxation website (http://www.tax.ohio.gov/Government.aspx).  

Please review your state site. Next, choose one aspect of revenue generation and analyze it in detail.  Focus on revenues and not expenditures as that is the next assignment.
