Compile your Professional Path project and add a summary section and a reflection section to your final paper. The project must include the following. Use the headings below for each section:

• Title page. Format according to APA style and formatting (linked in the Resources): Click "Title Page" and then click through the illustrations to reach "Suggestions for a Capella University Course Paper."
• Abstract. Use this guide for writing your abstract.
• Table of Contents. This is not found in the Online Writing Center. Use APA heading formats for major headings and subheadings, with page numbers flush right.
• Introduction. Your introduction should briefly summarize your final project, objectives, and scope.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Career Goals.
• Goals and Gap Analysis.
• Core Competencies.
• Action Plan.
• Summary and Reflection.
• Conclusion.
• References. Be sure to include all references from the above components. A minimum of seven references must be used. The Capstone Project and reference list must be in proper APA (6th edition) style and formatting.

Your final submission of the Professional Path Project should be the equivalent of 15–20 pages, including the introduction, through the conclusion section described above. The final page count does not include the cover page, abstract, table of contents, and references.

Use Times New Roman, 12 point, and double-space. Refer to the resources found on the Capella Graduate Online Writing Center, linked in the Resources, to help with the writing and APA style and formatting of this assignment

Use the two links below Because they were separate activities, you may have introductions and conclusions for each. Thus, please include one general Introduction and one conclusion for the entire paper (not individual sections).
