Part I: Culture and Climate

Differentiate between culture and climate. Next, evaluate your school’s or school district’s culture and climate, and then describe how they could be improved from a leadership perspective involving all stakeholders.

Part II: Professional Learning and Growth Plan (School or School District)

Describe how you, as an educational leader, would plan, assess, prepare, implement, and evaluate a professional learning and growth initiative within your school or school district. To ensure you are able to evaluate the professional growth, develop a SMART goal, where you clearly describe what will be attained and to what degree; follow template resources. Then develop an action plan in which you clearly describe who would be involved with the development and implementation of your professional learning and growth plan for your school or school district, why they would be involved, and what they would be assigned to do.
