3) Imagine that a person embodying the theory that you were assigned is the administrator of a large outpatient medical clinic. The staff who work at this clinic are: 4 doctors, 2 nurses, 3 receptionists, and 4 medical assistants. The clinic sees primarily low-income older adults, most of whom are covered by Medicare Insurance. The clinic is in an older part of the city and is accessible by public transportation. The staff at this clinic have all worked together for many years, except for 2 of the receptionists, who were recently hired. Answer the following questions and explain your answers:
