Instructions

Do you think states and the federal government should use private facilities to house inmates? Why, or why not? You might want to include the considerations of (a) whether they save taxpayer money, (b) whether they are good for the local economy/bring jobs, and (c) whether inmates receive the same kind of care as a state or federally run facility.
