privacy of health information

 The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulates the use and privacy of health information. Technology should not violate those rights. As a doctoral-prepared nurse, explain your vision of how you would ensure confidentiality and privacy guidelines should be developed and evaluated for effectiveness?
