 In this course, we have looked at how case law has affected inmates and their Constitutional rights.  There are 27 Amendments to the Constitution. Choose one that you are interested in that pertains to inmate’s rights. Discuss whether the actual wording of the Amendment really specifies that it should be a right given to a criminal. If it does not, do you believe that the courts have taken the right to far or not? If it does, do you think that this should be expanded? Give specifics.
