To meet this requirement you will be required to write a 5 page paper on one of the following topics: PRISON REFORMS

Evaluate where you stand on the subject of improving current prison conditions. For instance, some people think private, corporate-owned jails, which exist all over the country, are immoral and should be illegal. Some feel that conditions in some domestic prisons are inhumane and need to be improved. Others think criminals at various prisons enjoy too many luxuries at the expense of taxpayers, such as free Internet and gourmet meals. Research the conditions in privately owned jails and government owned jails. Should all jails be run by the states or federal government? Support your position with data.]

REQUIREMENTS: (1) The 5-page paper does not include the title page or bibliography. Use separate pages for the title page and the bibliography; (2) write full-complete pages. Each substantive page is worth 20 points, excluding the title and bibliography pages. You will be penalized for failure to provide a bibliography page; (3) the Paper must be typed in 12 point font and double spaced and follow the university standard for writing papers. (4) Include an outline of your paper. The research paper must be turned in on time to receive full credit. Late papers will receive a 10-point grade deduction for each day the paper is late and that’s cumulative!!
