 See attachment for format!!  Prepare a News Release Instructions

1. Compose a News Release using the template provided by your instructor (attached MS Word document)
2. Your News Release must be an announcement of a College event or concert, important occurrence or new idea/ product.for which you are trying to build awareness.
3. Be sure your to make your topic seem newsworthy
4. Include the FTC Logo
5. Include a photo or graphic video of some kind in either the header or the body.
6. Answer the 5 key News Release questions: Who, where, what, when, why?
7. Follow the guidelines for writing a good news release as outlined in your textbook/notes including use of the inverted pyramid.
