You will be responsible for developing and implementing an institutional framework for diversity and

inclusion.

BPU is a mid-western state school with approximately 12,000 students. In addition to campus climate

issues stoked by the current political climate, one of the main challenges BPU is facing is related to the

recruitment and retention of a diverse student body. BPU is required by the legislature to accept a large

number of in state students. BPU has also struggled to recruit and retain students from outside of the
