Presentation

Identify an article in a newspaper or journal on an economic development topic (in LA or San Bernardino County); this could include pending legislation and give a 5 to 10-minute presentation on the article. 

Discussion needs go beyond the obvious facts as stated in the body such as jobs lost or gained, and include a discussion on the potential economic impact the event will have on the local community whether it is good or bad, short or long term.
