prepare an APA-style annotated bibliography

please prepare an APA-style annotated bibliography.  Your annotated bibliography should include:  

4 pages

1) 4-6 citations for sources you've consulted on your Essay #3 topic idea.

2) Each citation should be accompanied by an explanatory paragraph that includes:

- What the source covers

- Why it might be useful for your project

3) One entry should be for your "active source," even if you have not completed it yet (conducted the interview, distributed the survey, etc.).
