Individual Presentation–210 Points
Presentation with slides will be focused around a current business issue, environment cause, and health cause. This is the time to show the class your favorite causes or an issue you are passion about.
1. Pick a company then research a current issue the company has dealt with or are dealing with, within the last three years. You can find information in news medias or corporate website under Event/News.
2. Create a PowerPoint Presentation with one Graph (pie, line, or bar) and one Data Table (Data table must be designed by the student). Must have 12 slides (12 slides include a cover slide and work cited slide).
3. Must use font size and type from PowerPoint Videos (Titles should be 40 pts, Bullet Points should be 32 pts, any other context minimum font size 24 points). These presentation slides should focus on large 500 person conference room. Remember your slides should be able to be seen by the last person in the last row in a very large conference room.
4. You must dress in business professional attire (see description above).
5. Presentation should last 5 minutes but not over 10 minutes. Presentation should include opening, pause and closing.
6. Each PowerPoint slide must include transitional slide and special effects . Transitional slide effect that moves from slide to slide. Special effects is fly in, fly out, defrag, etc., each slide should have both. Once slides are submitted to professors – if changes are made to slides after submission, slide points will be deducted on rubric.
