Length: 23 to 25 slides.
Design:
- Do not to overcrowd your slides with information.
- Be thorough, but also be concise.
- Use bullet points to highlight main points.
- If you use graphics, be sure to condense them, so your presentation is not too large.
Mechanics:
- PowerPoint does not require that you write full sentences or paragraphs; in fact, this will detract from your presentation.
- Your ideas must flow logically and your points should be presented in a consistent format.
- Check your spelling and use standard American English.
You should consult at least three (3) SCHOLARLY sources (including your textbook) in preparing your presentation.Your last slide should be a References slide following APA format.
- Include a citation in the “Notes” section (bottom) of each slide for all sources used.

Submission Requirements:

Must be saved as a ppt or pptx format and submitted through SafeAssign (this is automatic). (I will not accept assignments not submitted this way.)
Use the following naming convention when saving your assignment:
- Save as: DSC4012_YourLastName.Firstname_PowerpointTitle
Submit via dropbox "Attach Files" box.
Do not copy and paste from the Internet. Plagiarizing will result in a zero (0).
Assignments with more than 25% similarity will not be accepted (excluding references and direct [cited] quotes).
If you use many photos, you may have to save your file in two parts and submit separately. (Please advise me via “Add Comments/Comments” box.)
If you would like to include a video (YouTube) and embed it into your slide, you may have to save as an individual slide and submit separately. (Please advise me via “Add Comments/Comments” box.) Please include the URL link. If you use a lot of images, it may not go through SafeAssign and you will have to submit as two parts.
