Carefully read the 14 common hazards for barge cleaning.  

2. You will notice that within each hazard there may be some that identify number of exposures. For example falls vs. opening hatches. This should factor into your exposure component of the risk ranking procedure outline in the text. 

4. Read the description of each common hazard combine the hazards into one ranking based on the combined severity, probability and exposure ratings 

Prepare a PowerPoint that contains your TOP 4 highest ranked common hazards. Include your risk rankings and provide a justification in your opinion as to how you arrived at the risk scores for each of the top 4 common hazards. 

9. Include a photo on the PowerPoint of at least one example for each of the four highest ranked hazards. 

10. Make logical assumptions to complete the activity. Keep the objective of this assignment in mind at all times. Your grade will not be based solely on the accuracy of your assessments.

11.  Prepare a slide that contains the required risk matrix that was used in the assignment to determine overall risk ranking. Compare the required risk matrix to the SHELL Oil RAM and provide three comments on the differences and or similarities of each.
