 Option #1: Find any relatively new start-up/company (anywhere in the world, except the USA) established in the last 5 years and provide a PowerPoint presentation about that company. Use the 9 building blocks of the Business Model Canvas (Part III of class notes) as a guide for your analysis. Please include and executive summary at the beginning. Explain the success or failure of this venture using these 9 building blocks. The PowerPoint should have a minimum of 16 slides (average of 2 per building block). Include references at the end. 

 Option #2: Present a complete explanation of a company you plan on establishing yourself. Use the 9 business blocks of the business model canvas and the discussion on business plans in Part III to organize your ideas about this potentially new venture. There should be a minimum of 16 slides. Include references at the end.
