Choose any crisis with which you are familiar and map out the network of stakeholders that were involved in the crisis response.  Was it a coordinated process?  What tools and technology and process were used to coordinate, and which was the most effective?

What examples of crises can you think of where policies have to be adapted in the height of the emergency?  Why was leadership important in these episodes?  Also discuss if the leadership provided was successful.
