At various points in this course, you have considered the work and diversity of individuals, teams, business divisions, and the organization. Organizations in their own right are diverse, including for-profit, non-profit, charitable foundations, scientific institutes, academic institutions, health care organizations, government agencies, military branches, and other uniquely structured establishments.

Consider the following questions. Then use headers to structure your work, compose your original narrative, and use online research to strengthen weak areas of your narrative as you edit your coverage of these topics. They are as follows:

SCA Organization

In the text, you read how conflict can cause trouble within an organization. Even if a supply chain analyst does everything correctly in their duties, this conflict can derail a SCA project and prevent success. Select one method you learned to prevent workplace conflict from your reading. Further support this technique with online research as you write your narrative on this topic.

Summary of Results

Report on a summary of results from your work this term. Use the Appendix example that follows Chapter 8 in the text. As a reminder, this example also connects to a case study covered in Chapter 3, so it may help you to re-read that chapter's case study and compare it to the techniques used in the report example found in the Appendix. Select two elements (your choice) from the Appendix and apply them to your own work this term in a similar manner.

Professional Presentation

From your two selected methods, select your best work. With this final selection of one of those two prior items, focus your work as follows:

In your paper, write a narrative on how this work could further influence senior leader decision-making. Ensure you explore how it would help advocate for organizational alignment, a major theme for our course. Also, ensure you have traceability of logic in your narrative, and connect the dots from the initial idea to the end, positive results and organizational success.

Also, prepare a one-slide PowerPoint presentation on your one selected item. Ensure you coordinate with your team so that each member of your team has selected a unique item  (no repeats within team members on their slides). Include your PowerPoint slide as a second upload in addition to your paper. You will also have an opportunity to present in real-time during the Unit 10 Seminar, so  ensure the slide is uploaded before the Unit 10 Seminar (no later than 2-hours before Seminar).

Follow these criteria for presenting in the Seminar:

· Speak clearly (appropriate tone, avoid “ums” and “ahs,” speak at a conversational pace, and enunciate your words)

· Provide your introduction, body, and conclusion

· Use appropriate language with no derogatory words

Your paper can be uploaded later, no later than midnight ET on the last day of the term. In this way, you can be prepared to present, demonstrate real-world business professional presentation skills, and have the full Unit 10 to write your Unit 10 Assignment paper.
