Position paper

1. Find an article in a peer reviewed journal, related to the topic of this week, of solving problems and decision making within organizations, and provide your analysis and why or why not you agree with the authors. Describe the research method used, and the findings, and show your premises that support your position. 

Your response should include the Abstract of the paper followed by your analysis, which should not be more that one page.
