Position Oriented vs. Talent Oriented
Do you agree or disagree please explain?
A situation that would be preferable to use position oriented instead if talent oriented staffing is when position oriented staffing is usually easier to use because you are staffing clearly defined jobs or positions. This makes positional oriented less complex and more legally defensible.
