To earn full points on the assignment,  students will demonstrate that they watched the talk and applied the  main themes to our course concepts.

 It should contain a paragraph (5-7 sentences)  summarizing the main points of the talk.  Be sure to connect the talk to  our course themes of economic development and cross-national variation.  Also, state a strength and/or weakness of the talk from your point of  view.
