Political Science Papper 7-10 pages. Upper-division class

Looking for someone to write a paper in Political Science. 7-10 pages (preferably 8-10). There is a choice between 3 topics (see document attached).

I would need it for December 9th. 

Knowledge in Political Science is required. I can also send the different articles that can be useful and need to be cited. Additional sources are also needed. It is very important for the professor to cite a lot of sources. More information can be found in the document.
