Political Science chap 10 assignment

After reading Chapter Ten of your textbook and listening to the Podcast referenced above answer the following questions:

1. How do SAKI kits affect the conviction rates in sexual assault cases?

2. Based on what you have read, would the approach Georgia takes to address sexual assault cases make it more difficult for victims to come forward?

3. Does this seem like an approach that can be implemented throughout the country? 

4. Is this a positive approach? Are there any potential flaws in this process? Discuss your stance in detail. Be sure to cite evidence from credible sources to support your answers.
