POLICY IMPLEMNTATION

For this assignment, you will need to select a policy (health, education, welfare, etc.) that has been implemented. Then, in 750-1,000 words, do the following:

1. Describe the public policy instrument (law, public service, sanction, incentive, etc.) used to implement the policy.
2. Explain whether the instrument was appropriate or not.
3. Describe the characteristics of the environment (political, economic, and social) that affected the implementation of the policy.

Use three to five scholarly resources to support your explanations.
