Poetry Notes and analysis

I have attached two documents. The "Intro to Modernism" contains the actual question for the assignment which can be found in bold letters at the end of the document. The other document attached is an example of how the poetry notes should look like. You don't need to add the poem itself to the assignment as shown in the example that I have attached. I haven't attached the poem but it can be found easily on the internet. It is entitled "The love song of J. Alfred Prufrock." (Find the English version of the poem). The assignment should be in MLA format. Basically, it's writing some notes on the poem. It should be 3-5 pages.
