Using your solution to the group project (the template is attached as Group project excel sheet), complete the word document (word to be completed) attached.

Note:

1. you must include all 26 weaknesses into the template (the 2 examples and the other 24 weaknesses).
2. combine common weaknesses under a single Risk when completing the Risk Matrix.

As an example, you might write the following Risk:

RISK: Compromise of Client Record data due to failure to follow physical Record Management policies and procedures (related to protecting client hard copy records).

• Client records left out in the office after hours
• Office areas unlocked after everyone left for day
• Client files left out on the desk overnight
• Office left unlocked during lunch/breaks and overnight
• Record cabinets cannot be locked or are left unlocked
