PM Assignment Phase

Now you will develop a project timeline and staffing chart. Using the tasks identified in the assignment “Organizing Healthcare Using Project Management”, list each task. Using Microsoft Excel, design a project timeline and schedule for each task as would be done for a Gantt chart.

• Define the task order,
• State the beginning and end dates for each task, and 
• Indicate by use of a horizontal bar chart when the project tasks begin and end.

You may add more sub-tasks to your tasks already defined, if desired.
