I see that you clearly answer the first two required questions. That was good.  This draft is not weighted as part of the final grade. It was important to do to prepare for the final. It's great that you did it.  I see where you take the time to answer the question about  new problems that this technology creates.   You discuss social rather than political issues. You need to tell us what people and then what institutions will gain political power due to this technology.
