Week 1 -- Scope Document Assignment Instructions

For the first week assignment, each student will be developing a scope statement for a project. You can choose which event, a software project, a house to build etc. 

Your scope statement should be a powerpoint presentation that answers the following questions:

1. What is the scope and objectives?

2. What business need are you planning on solving with this project? Is it revenue? Cost savings?

3. Who are the stakeholders of this project?

Submit the Scope document using the file name Week 1 YOUR NAME. The assignment will be due on Sunday at 8PM.
