The article on Photovoice assigned will illuminate the power of utilizing this technique. I want you to leave this class with some tools you can use in the future. Photovoice is a great tool for research, community building, program planning, and policy- making. Images combined with a person's own voice about a topic can be an important tool for change. You will be taking pictures of what health means to you. Here is what you need to do:
1. You will compile 5 photos of things that represent 'health' to you... I want you to focus on the key items we have focused on througout the semster, and how you see them represented in your world.
2. You will provide a summary of each of your photos indicating what and how the photo represents the key item you are focusing on (you need to cleary state this) - and how they represent to you and why you choose it.
