PHIL PAPER

What I’m looking for in the papers:

1. 5-7 pages doubled spaced.
2. A clear thesis
3. A clear and original defense of the thesis – that is, an argument for the thesis.
4. Evidence of effort
5. Evidence of background research including citations (MLA, Chicago, … doesn’t matter) and a reference section (reference section does not count toward page length).

Some philosophers discuss the idea of an unjust law.  Does this idea make sense?  What does it have going for it, what against it?  What might one mean by ‘law’ when they say this?
