Servant Leadership

I don't know many (maybe I don't know anybody) who has all of the 10 key characteristics listed in the Servant Leadership article (http://www.regent.edu/acad/global/publications/jvl/vol1_iss1/Spears_Final.pdf), or at least is proficient in all. It's usually a mix and that's okay...so, look inward, once again and choose one or two of these characteristics (assuming you agree with the list!) and ask yourself how do you go about improving in one or two of these areas? If you think the list is lacking, add to it!
