Phase 3 - Final Paper - due in 36 hours

Phase 3 is the completed paper including the changes, additions, and updates from Phases 1 and 2 based on provided feedback, proofreading, editing.  Use the provided headings to maintain organization of the paper and ensure all information has been presented.  Do not include the numbers. Shorten the headings when necessary. Remember to include in-text citations and a reference page written in proper APA format. 

If you did not provide an overview of your company prior to presenting the vision and mission, please add it as you are finalizing your paper.
