At home, he often loses toys and homework, seems forgetful, and struggles to stay focused on activities like reading. He has no significant medical history. Growth and development are age-appropriate. He sleeps about 9 hours per night but still wakes up feeling tired. His diet is average for a child his age. There are no signs of anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders. What is the most likely diagnosis? What is an appropriate first-line medication (include complete medication order)?
