Discuss the 3 different approaches used to define and measure quality of care, as outlined in Chapter 10 of the text. .

• Consider Structure, Process and Outcome. 
• Be specific in your critical consideration of each and address how they can be used to monitor and evaluate quality. 
• Be sure to provide specific examples for each approach and show how each has been demonstrated in a health care organization with which you are familiar.
