Petition to get back inot school

I need an emtional petition written to get back into school 

I need you to write an essay on explaining why I couldn't finsih enough classes throughout my semester. 

I need 2% percent to be admitted back to school. 

I had covid so i couldn't get to much work done. 

my wife had covide and my kids also had covid so i had attend there needs 

my parents had covide and fell very ill. 

while being absent from work for more than a month

In my last semester i took  two classes and passed with an 'A'

I thought that we had to finish classes with a good grade. I didn't know I had to pass a certain amount.
