-There is a youtube video of a general speaking about Servant Leadership. That would be some great content to use. (just search "army servant leadership" or "being a servant leader")

-Think of Noncommisioned Officers (NCOs) of the army and how they ENFORCE the STANDARD

-Can use opinions and current events (governs, leaders in education)
