Personal Observation Assignment(Essay's Guru)

We have all be involved or have observed a situation(s) where a supervisor or manager has interacted with a direct report.  This assignment requires the student to discuss a personal situation where they have observed or have been involved in a situation involving a supervisor managing a situation or an employee.  This may include a positive situation or a negative situation.  

You should cover the following in double-spaced, paragraph form in the order provided (please do not number the paragraphs):

1. Provide details of the event i.e. who was involved, where the situation occurred, etc.
2. Your personal experience or observations
3. Provide your opinion on how the situation was handled, how it should have been  handled and what you would have done differently if you were the supervisor involved

The final document should be posted on the assignment page in Blackboard by the date/time indicated above.
