Personal Narrative Essay

Students are instructed to write a personal narrative that tells me a story of their choosing. This story does not even need to be a true story, but rather can be a piece of fiction that they create. This narrative must contain all the aspects of a traditional narrative and also incorporate the appropriate conventions of the English language. 

This essay must also meet the following requirements

1. No more than 3 pages and no fewer than 1.5 pages

2. Must be double spaced

3. Must be written in MLA format

4. Should include the use of at least 3 different literary elements or techniques (Simile, metaphor, hyperbole, etc)
