Performance Evaluation document

I started my job as a software Test Engineer from year 2016 with 2 years of experience. 

By considering my experience i have to prepare performance evaluation by showing the improvements in performing the job 

So for that i need overall 4 performance documents for these years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.

You can prepare performance evaluation document by considering these roles - Software Test Engineer, Software QA Analyst, Automation Tester, Manual Test Engineer
